Natalia has made the most beautiful Roman blinds and matching window seat cushions, it was quite a task as the windows were huge. Blinds and cushions beautifully made, I am extremely pleased with them. Would highly recommend Natalia.
Natalia provided an excellent service and good value for money from initial measurement and choice of materials and design (where she gently made suggestions based on her professional experience to trigger thought and highlight possible options whilst responding carefully to my preferences) through to creation and installation. I recently had a set of full length curtains made by Natalia. A superb service from start to finish. She always turned up as arranged and helped us decide what fabric and pole would suit our windows, without any pressure. The curtains are beautiful are very professionally made and knock spots off of curtains and blinds we've had made by a big company who advertise regularly on T.V. I have had a custom made pair of curtains made with upholstery fabric. Natalia was extremely helpful in helping me decide on style and sizing.The turnaround was really good and the result is wonderful. They look spectacular and fit perfectly. To say I am delighted is an understatement.Also, they were beautifully wrapped with hooks in place and pockets sewn in to store and hide threads from gathering. All these little touches all go towards having an exceptional customer experience. Highly recommended and I’ll be back. Thank you Natalia.
I will happily recommend Natalia for roman blinds - and cushions.She was prompt for her appointment, very professional, and delivered on the specified date a wonderful set of blinds for my home. She works with a really nice fitting company also, who were speedy with the install and very tidy. Natalia makes some good recommendations for those unsure of what to install, but importantly she listens to the customer's own opinions too.
We have had two beautifully made and perfectly fitting blinds from Natalia and are delighted with them. She was also very helpful with sourcing the fabrics we chose. We would recommend Natalia to anyone who wants a great product at a competitive price.
